How do I know if my library has the Streaming service?

If your library has contracted the streaming service, you will see a “Streaming 1-2-3” guide when you first login, and you will see a “Streaming” sub-section on the left-hand side of the web interface.  On the app, you will notice an ability to create Streaming playlists.
